• He took his time in moving his family from Dunedin where he owned The Food Department next to the Cook Hotel and set up the very successful Odelay Cafe in Frankton and not long after Marmalada in the Station building in downtown Queenstown. Throw in the covid years and immigration visa issues for workers and it makes for a fascinating hospitality journey done right! Ed Devereux chats with Ferg.
